My love for weddings began long before I officially entered the planning world. For over 14 years, I’ve proudly owned The Wright Dress Bridal Boutique, where I’ve had the honor of helping brides find the gown for one of the most meaningful days of their lives. Being surrounded by love stories, celebrations, and unforgettable moments inspired me to combine my passion for the wedding industry with my love for planning and coordination, leading to the creation of JW Weddings & Events.
What I enjoy most about wedding planning is the relationships I build with my couples. Every wedding journey is personal, and I truly cherish getting to know each couple, hearing their story, and helping bring their vision to life. From the first consultation to the final dance, I’m invested in creating an experience that feels seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable.
One thing no one tells you about being a wedding planner is how attached you become to your couples. After months of conversations, planning meetings, excitement, and celebrations, it always feels a little strange when the wedding day is over. There’s a sense of emptiness not speaking with clients regularly, but the beautiful part is that many of my couples become lifelong connections, and I always keep in touch.
For me, wedding planning is more than coordinating details it’s about creating memories, building relationships, and celebrating love in its most beautiful and authentic form.

I naturally go above and beyond to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible and, most importantly, that my couples are smiling, present, and enjoying every moment of their special day.
